About Us
Who We Are
Faith Outreach Church was planted by Pastors, William and Ginger Luffman from Clarksville, Tennessee. They planted the Central Florida Church in 1990. Pastors Alan and Julie Youngblood were youth pastors and educators in Seminole County and sensed God calling them to pastor a church in the Central Florida area. Through a series of events, God brought, the Luffmans and the Youngbloods together to Pastor Faith Outreach Church of Central Florida.
Pastors Alan and Julie have pastored Faith Outreach Church since 1991 to today. While working in education as teachers, they have seen this church grow from a handful of dedicated members to a church that has reached thousands of people through outreaches and weekly services.
