How will you increase faith in your life this year? Discuss a practical plan you can implement today. What will you need to sacrifice in your personal life to implement this plan and increase your capacity? What struggles do you face that prevent you from increasing your faith?
In Matthew 8:23 -27, Jesus and His disciples got into a boat, and Jesus told them, “ Let’s cross over to the other side of the lake.”When they set out, a fierce windstorm came down and threatened the boat. The disciples woke Jesus and said, “Master, we’re going to die!” Jesus got up, and he rebuked the storm and it stopped. He said to the disciples, “Where is your faith?” In the storm, it’s easy to take your eyes off your purpose (going to the other side of lake) and forget Who is in the boat with you! So many people lose focus because of the storms of life. Jesus states the problem – faith.Discuss a time when you went through a personal storm that distracted you from your purpose.
